Since your trailer wheels have 6 lug nuts each, I will make recommendations based on a “6 on 5-1/2” pattern since this is by far the most common. Be sure to verify your bolt pattern before ordering.

The tire and wheel combos we carry are not machined balanced. You can have the tire and wheel combos balanced at a local tire shop if you wanted to.
What some tire manufacturers will do is line up the light spot on the tire with the heavy spot on the wheel. This is a type of balancing but not like how car tires are balanced (with weights on a balancing machine). This is the norm for nearly all trailers on the road.

In order to add a trailer connector to a fifth wheel trailer for triple towing you'll need a harness for which I recommend the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester part # 18252. This kit comes with a circuit tester which you'll need to use to find the stop/turn signal circuit. This is most easily found behind the taillights. Generally speaking, you do not need to upgrade your weight distribution system when triple towing because the weight distribution system only needs to be rated for tongue weight which would not increase when adding another trailer to your setup. That said, the Husky 12K Weight Distribution System you have now is underrated for the weight of your Jayco Eagle 338RETS so I do recommend you upgrade.

Since there are supports on the inside of the frame that block where the brackets of the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 need to attach, the best option would be to use the Curt RV Bumper 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-100 which will mount to the 4" bumper your 2008 Jayco Eagle 320RLDS has.
I do not recommend cutting off any factory supports to allow clearance for the hitch to fit.

Since you have Dexter axles that have a 6 lug bolt pattern then the Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Tire w 15" Liger Aluminum Wheel # LH36FR is going to fit and work well. If your tire size is 225/75R15 then this would work great as a spare.

I'm not totally sure what the exact issue is but it sounds like something with the gears inside therefore you'd be better off with a full replacement landing gear set for which we have a couple great options. The Lippert Manual Landing Gear Set part # LC333966 is a manual replacement option and the Lippert Electric Landing Gear Set part # LC333964 is a power replacement option. You'd only need to run the battery to your trailer wiring if the goal was to put a maintenance charge on the battery as you tow. If you only wanted to power accessories with the trailer it would not be needed and you'd just have to run the trailer accessories to the battery and you'd be done.
